About the Opportunity

Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the success of the largest sales region. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive commercial results, and foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture across grocery and foodservice channels. In addition to this you will:

Implement the regional sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue, margin, and market share targets across all channels
Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven Business Development Managers and motivate a network of franchisees to deliver world-class execution
Build and execute regional sales plans to increase product availability, visibility, and customer centricity, working closely with key grocery retailers and distributors
Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and ensure effective use of sales tools and technologies to drive accountability and results
Act as the critical link between field sales and head office, advocating for your team and articulating challenges and opportunities to senior stakeholders

About You

You’re an inspiring commercial leader with a passion for people, performance, and partnership. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and are ready to make a real impact in a collaborative, high-growth team. You will bring:

Senior-level experience in FMCG, ideally across grocery, foodservice, and distributor channels
Proven people leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing sales teams
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution
Skills in building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
A growth mindset, ready to challenge boundaries, embrace complexity, and champion continuous improvement
