Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to help elevate the Farm Source brand across all touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to contribute creatively to retail, brand, and farmer-facing communications and make a lasting impact.
Based in Waikato, this 12-month fixed-term role covers maternity leave and offers the chance to shape visual content that engages both internal and external audiences. Your designs will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand identity across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics tailored to retail, brand, and farmer-focused communications.
- Work closely with teams across the business to deliver creative and impactful visual solutions aligned with our brand values.
- Use your technical expertise to deliver on creative briefs with accuracy and flair.
Mōu | About You
You’re a passionate and skilled designer with a strong portfolio and a flair for storytelling through visuals. You bring creativity, precision, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in graphic design across print and digital platforms, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing tools.
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with creative briefs.
- Familiarity with retail design, established brands, and visual merchandising.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects across diverse business areas.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations effectively
- Photography experience (DSLR proficiency) and familiarity with project management tools.
What You’ll Bring:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work across campaigns and mediums.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for bringing creative ideas to life.
