The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasonal HC‑licensed Milk Collection Drivers to join our Farm Milk Collection team based in Cobden, Victoria, servicing the surrounding regional area.
This seasonal role is critical to ensuring the safe, timely and accurate collection of raw milk from farm gate to factory. You’ll be part of a professional, safety‑focused operation supported by a modern fleet of 45 trucks (average age just 2 years), NHVR Mass Management and Maintenance accreditations, and CMV‑supported workshops equipped with the latest milk metering and sampling technology.
This opportunity is well suited to experienced drivers seeking seasonal work, additional income, or short‑term employment with a well‑established and respected dairy business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- trip vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance or repair requirements
- Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently in line with transport legislation and company policies
- Collect raw milk from local farms and deliver to designated receiving facilities in line with quality and hygiene standards
- Accurately complete run sheets, records and Heavy Vehicle National Law work diaries
- Identify and report hazards, near misses and incidents to support continuous safety improvement
- Mainland Dairy professionally, delivering excellent customer service and acting as a brand ambassador
About You
You are a reliable and safety‑focused professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a regional operational team. You can demonstrate:
- A current HC licence (essential)
- Proven experience driving heavy vehicles
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality

- Flexibility and reliability to work across varying shifts and seasonal requirements
