About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Executive (EOE) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-class customer service levels and develop strong customer relationships
Work with a diverse international customer base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and a proactive customer care culture
Ensure all orders are checked and entered into SAP with 100% accuracy
Negotiate and confirm customer delivery dates
Book all sea freight and airfreight space with shipping companies/freight forwarders
Liaise with supply chain and other internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

About You

We are looking for candidates that have proven experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the dairy or food industry. You can also demonstrate:

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with logistics software or ERP systems
