About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Capability Coordinator to join our Capability Team within People & Culture, ensuring the smooth and effective deployment of learning and capability initiatives across our NZ and Australia Sites.

Reporting to the Technical Capability Manager, your key responsibilities include:

Driving timely, consistent, and high-quality delivery by owning coordination activities and enhancing the self-service experience for learners
Acting as the central point of contact for learning and capability queries, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships to enable capability development
Leveraging learning technologies and systems, the role actively contributes to improving the learner experience and the continuous enhancement of learning deliver.

This is a full-time hybrid position, working Monday to Friday typically 8.30am-5pm.

About You

We are looking for a strong administrator, who has a passion for learning & capability and enjoys working in a busy environment. We want to hear from you if you have:

Relevant learning coordination and event coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong time management coupled with high attention to detail and accuracy
System savvy with experience working across multiple systems and platforms- previous experience using a Learning Management System is beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging and building relationships with stakeholders
Proven experience with process optimisation, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, and project involvement.
