Your Role: As a Quality Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems with a strong focus on documentation. You'll be responsible for managing and organizing quality documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting our continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and records.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and feedback for document creation and updates.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement projects.
- Train and assist staff on proper documentation procedures and the importance of maintaining accurate records.
- Administer document control processes, including version control, distribution, and archiving.
- Participate in internal and external audits and prepare documentation for audit purposes.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior quality/laboratory experience within a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong and effective communication skills with excellent organization and planning abilities.
- A good understanding of food safety principles, quality control methods, and processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail
- Year 12 or higher education
