About the opportunity

Based out of our Sydney office, the Integrated Supply Planner role will play a crucial role in ensuring our vendors are well-stocked with our products, enabling seamless supply chain operations. You will work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, monitor vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement in replenishment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate replenishment activities
• Drive continuous improvement in replenishment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

About you

We are looking for individuals that have prior experience within an FMCG supply chain environment, ideally in a demand or supply planning role. You can also demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in vendor replenishment planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong IT/computer skills and prior ERP systems experience (SAP desirable)
