About the Role

We are looking for a Site Quality Manager to lead our quality and food safety agenda at our Stanhope site. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the site’s quality and food safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain accreditation
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive a strong quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on food safety, product quality, and customer requirements to ensure high standards are maintained
• Lead, mentor, and develop the site’s quality team, ensuring a high level of capability and engagement
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality incidents and customer complaints
• Champion Integrated Work System (IWS) principles to enhance quality performance and efficiency

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a strategic and hands-on quality professional with experience in food manufacturing. Your ability to collaborate across teams, influence key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement will be key to your success. You can also demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a quality leadership role within food manufacturing, dairy, or FMCG industries
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
